So I managed to get down to Internet World 2010 at Earls Court to check out how the online video scene was being represented this year.
I was pleasantly surprised. There seemed to be about 4 or 5 online video production stands down there (I won't say who... cause they're competition right). Only 1 was offering any kind of end to end solutions including hosting though. I just think that being able to offer hosting as well as production is pretty key when it comes to delivering online video. None of our clients have expressed any interest in having to sort out hosting for themselves, as it's such a mine field. Glad we've gone the CMS route which makes it super easy for us and our clients.
